Oko Ni Mofe is a romantic drama that involves the life of pretty Funke, a beautiful and reserved young lady who is deeply in love with her father's employee, Folusho (Femi Adebayo). Contrary to her expectations, her parents suddenly imposes wealthy yet humble Adeniyi (Sunny Alli) as the perfect man for her. Reluctantly, Funke marries Adeniyi but still wants her love Folusho back. Adeniyi is unhappy about Funke's feelings and decides to find her love for her.
